Claire could not have been more helpful. We knew what we wanted but she steered us down a better pathto get the samcould not have been more pleased with our visite.

Choosing a new mattress was made easy by the way in which the store was laid out and by the friendly assistant Claire. We were given information when we needed it and given as much time as we needed explore our options without pressure. Making the purchase and organising a delivery date was also quick and easy.

Claire our advisor, was extremely professional. Her product knowledge was outstanding. She wasn't pushy at all but was there when we needed to ask a question. She encouraged us to try as many beds as we wanted to, and even, made us a cup of tea.

I had already looked on line for mattresses, saw what I thought was appropriate, then looked in the Dreams nearest to us to check firmness. staff pointed us in the right direction and we subsequently made the purchase which only took a few minutes.

Excellent service from the time we entered the store until the moment we left. A great gent called Tam served us, very funny and very professional. Will definitely recommend this store. Thank you. A ++++++

We were greeted and welcomed at the door by Claire and asked what our requirements were that day. She spent time explaining the options available and then left us to consider the purchase. whilst we were pondering she continued greeting other customers entering the store. having made our decision to purchase we indicated to Claire and she returned to our side. We were taken to the office part of the store where Jaz took over to complete the paperwork. We were offered and accepted coffee during this time. Jaz explained the procedure and completed the paperwork in an extremely knowledgeable manner. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

The assistant Jaz was very friendly and helpful, giving us the space to make a decision but also giving us advice. Also after we had made our decision on what type of mattress we required, she then showed us the best price items.

The sales assistant (Tam) was very helpful and honest. He gave us space to consider the products in store and helped to choose what would suit our specific needs best.
