The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was not at all "pushy"

We arrived looking for an adjustable bed with a medium to soft mattress and Tam advised that we try two or three mattresseses which we did. The sales process was initiated with and confidence and satisfaction to all parties

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE STORE AND PERSONEL, THIS WAS MY SECOND PURCHASE FROM DREAMS, AS IN JULY WE BOUGHT 2 OTTMAN BEDS, AND THE HEADBOARDS WILL COPLETE THE BEDS.

The staff member listened to our requirements and recommended several choices of mattresses including the one we eventually chose, making the whole experience more efficient.

Helpful and friendly staff who were on hand to answer questions and give advice but were not loitering or pushy. I don't like being jumped on as soon as I enter a shop when I've not even had a chance to look around yet, so this was pleasing. When we found the bed we wanted and then needed a staff member they were available and knowledgeable about the particular type. Once we were ready to buy the transaction was quick and easy.

The store was well laid out, the member of staff was exceptionally helpful, we were able to shop at our own pace, then choice of goods available was very good, and we were able to try out various mattresses so that we found the right one.

Every question was answered in the affirmative with suggestions what else to look at.

We visited the Dream Shop twice over a period of a couple of months. On both occasions Claire was very helpful and knowledgeable. After the first visit we spent time thinking about various options and then came back today to buy the bed. Claire remembered us and the conversations we had. She advised us and we are very happy that we have made the correct purchase.
