Staff friendly and helpful

Lovely and varied selection of products . Staff were knowledgable , pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

The lady that helped was called Julie and she was very helpful. She came over when we came into store and asked if we needed any help and took us up to the beds upstairs. She showed us a few beds and suggested what mattress would be better with the certain bed and whether to have sprung slats or not. Extremely helpful and friendly and also had a joke and laugh with us to ! Very welcoming !

Assistant spend time explaining the products and had good knowledge. There was also a good selection of mattresses from which to choose.

The salesman undwerstood what we needed and helped us with th order.

Julie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Suggesting we try mattresses with one of the tempur cloud pillows really did change our perception. We felt that all of the staff were happy for us to look around and take as much time as we needed to come to a decision

The sales assistant, Jennifer, knew her products well. She was very patient allowing me time to make my final choice without pressure. All the staff were cheerful and friendly.

I first had a look online to get an idea of what bed to look for when my wife and I had a chance to visit the store in Fareham. When we arrived, Claire asked if we required any help and showed us to the beds we had expressed an interest in, and also offered us a drink. We were shown a good selection of beds and tried a few out, after making our choice, the options of payment were fully described to us and we found the whole process of buying a bed at Dreams Fareham very easy and would not hesitate to recommend this store if you are in the market for a new bed.
