The store that we visited didn't have the bed that we wanted but they showed us a bed that was similar that we like and brought

The Sales Lady was very helpful and knowledgeable, the process was quick and easy.

no hard sell but very informative sales staff to allow us to come to a satisfactory decision

Staff greeted up on entrance and advised how the mattresses where laid out in the store and then left us alone to view and try them out. They were then on hand to answer our questions when we were ready. All the staff were very friendly and able to answer all our questions.

We found the mattress we were after, and were quickly looked after in store. Very friendly staff, who seemed to know what they were talking about. Paid a bit more than we wanted to, but I think we got a quality product.

The sales lady did not push me into buying anything that I did not want,and helped me extremely and patiently when looking for a firm mattress to aid with my bad back. Today I was only browsing and thinking about buying a mattress but with the help, advice and the time the saleslady spent with me I walked out after buying the mattress that suited me on the spot. Not only did I buy the mattress I walked out with a new quilt/pillows and mattress protector. I was also please about the advice on my bed having bars and not a solid base that if I put hard board across the bars this will help protect the mattress. Something thinking about it now which with my last mattress start to rub and was sagging through the bars. So great advice.
