Claire was a lovely member of staff. Friendly, kind and laid back. Not pushing for the upsale, but letting me buy the right bed for my budget and needs. Upsales pushing past a customers budget can be very pressurizing, but Claire knew to avoid this. Did a great job at explaining your products and offers.

We were greeted by Julie at the Broadcut Fareham store. She was pleasant and enquired if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for and she advised us on the various types of products we could choose from. I found Julie to be very knowledgeable about the products and her pleasant manner throughout was lovely. It made for a really enjoyable shopping experience. I am the worlds worst shopper. If a I am greeted by a pushy shop assistant I am out of the shop as fast as I can. But Julie was brilliant.

Told how the store layout was designed, encouraged to try all the beds and left on our own without pressure with the odd, how's it going....knowledge of products good and nothing too much hassle.

Got what I wanted.

We had seen the bedroom furniture in a brochure and the Fareham store was the only store within reasonable travelling distance that stocked the items on display. Prior to travelling we telephoned the store and the assistant Tam assured us the items were on display.When we arrived he welcomed us to the store and showed us the furniture. Tam was very polite and friendly and processed our order confirming every item during the process. We were very pleased to be assured that the items would be delivered within 3 weeks of our order. The purchase was a pleasurable experience.

I explained what I was looking for to Tam and he very quickly steered me towards the various options. After spending time together selecting the mattress that was most comfortable we then looked at the base options. Again, Tam was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased I also bought a new pillow and I think I am going to go back to get a new duvet too!
