Ed was very knowledgable and friendly. he helped us find the perfect mattress and sorted out all the delivery and matching pillows. We were very happy with the customer service we received.

I can not fault Dreams in any way, in store and on delivery. I was impressed with the young lady who served me on April 12th, the first day retail shops opened after lockdown. She was a new member of staff and occasionally asked advice from a more senior member of staff who helped immediately. I was also impressed with the delivery men, working efficiently even removing their shoes before entering my home. Thankyou Dreams.

My order was over the phone. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and was able to deal with my questions straight away.

Very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I was cut off the phone and he called me back. He llooked up my old order as I liked my old bed and wanted something similar. He gave me his recommendations and then advised that a similar bed was on offer giving me a huge saving. I have always bought my families beds at dreams and was also looking for another bed for my daughter. I was given good information. I currently have another bed on order and the gentleman Neil was able to link my deliveries together so I wouldn’t have to stay in twice waiting. , Neil’s service was exceptional and I would like you to pass on my thanks and gratitude for his help and saving me money and I will definitely recommend dreams in future due to his professional customer service and assistance. The sale department were excellent, they had good knowledge of all the products.

I didn’t visit a shop as it was during lockdown. However I looked on the Dreams website which was clear and easy to use compared to some of the other mattress websites I looked at. I still had a couple of questions so I called and the sales person i spoke to was very helpful. He placed the order for me over the phone and gave me a speedy delivery slot. I was pleased with the price as the mattresses were in the sale. So far my daughters have found them very comfortable and I have recommended them to a friend who I believe ordered a double mattress in the same make from you.

The two gentleman who delivered our new bed were extremely friendly, helpful and very efficient . We were very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency in putting our new bed together and removing the packaging. Thank you

Neil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was very happy friendly guy to deal with. Making the whole experience of choosing the right mattress quick and simple. Neil really put our minds at easy about buying over the phone given the current COVID restrictions. The customer service we received was 100% I just hope we like out new mattress
