We were made welcome also was made a coffee whilst trying the beds. Friendly staff & knowledgeable.

We were assisted by a knowledgeable sales assistant. He answered all my questions with speed and understanding of the products. Moreover he was very friendly and joined in with my sense of humour. He even quick as a flash passed me an extra pillow, when I lay in my usual propped up position on one of the beds. He made a potentially lengthy process, very easy to decide on and pay for, something I often spend days deciding over.

We had in mind what we were going to buy from our visist to the website but with the willing help from the staff we chose something that was much better suited to our needs, wewere very pleased that we visited the store to buy.

We received help and advice but we're not rushed to make a decision. My husband and I and the son who was with us were left alone to make our decision.

The staff were friendly but not pushy. The product I wanted was discontinued but the staff sold me te showroom model at a discount in an efficient polite fashion.
