We asked the assistant for a single bed and he showed us the selection of double beds which come in a single, we saw the exact one and the assistant explained the different options and we ordered.

From the moment we entered the store to the time we left, we were treated very well. Tam listened and immediately took us to where we needed to be, explained everything to us that we needed to know, left us to try, and came back with 2 great cups of coffee. He is a very good salesman, but if we had been treated badly we definitely wouldn't have bought. Top marks to Tam.
