Service waas exceptional, friendly, knowledgable, not pushy or over bearing. Julie at the Fareham branch was very good & I would definitely go to the branch again. All staff there were approachable & made it easy to ask questions, find what we were looking for & make an informed choice. We were spending a considerable amount of money but did not feel rushed & could make a choice based on fair & impartial information from the team, Julie in particular.

Claire was very helpful in the Fareham store on Friday. I was the only customer in the shop at the time, but she was very helpful and had a great knowledge of the products and mattresses. I suffer with Scoliosis (back condition) and she helped me find a mattress that would help me.

We went in with a budget to buy a new bed and found exactly what we were looking for which Claire then explained how it would all work as to how to get the bed we want with the mattress we preferred. She explained how we would get it delivered to our home and then it will be taken upstairs and made up for us. She checked to see if we had military discount and took off the relevant discounts. She explained how we can order a headboard for when we choose to do so. Also explained about the 8year service which we were very pleased with and received our free mattress cover when taking out the cover.

THE ASSISTANCE GIVEN BY THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND NOT IN YOUR FACE. THEY INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND ADVISED ON WHAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THEN ALLOWED ONE TO BROWSE STOCK PRIOR ASKING IF ONE WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE. THERE WAS NO HARD SALES PITCH OR URGENCY TO BUY, ALL IN ALL A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. (As a rule I hate shopping)

We were first approached when entering the store and were told where to find everything. The sales assistant then left us to take a look round at our own pace. He approached us again to check we had found everything we needed and began to enquire as to what we were looking for. He was not pushy and both myself and my partner appreciated the help but also the opportunity to look round the store in peace. There was a good choice of beds all of which had a good description and prices were well labelled. The staff were happy for us to use our tape measure and answered all our questions to the best of their knowledge.

The Dreams advisor (Julie) at the Fareham store was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also felt Dreams had the best range of beds in the area, and that stock was laid out in a helpful way. The sales staff were not pushy unlike some other stores. You were also accommodating of 2 bored children.

I was very pleased with the customer service, highly infomative regarding the produces avalable, and very happy with our purchase.
