Very friendly staff. Tam was very helpful and knowledgable with the products in store. The experience was brilliant and the store was bery welcoming.

Tam the shop assistant had excellent product knowledge and was very friendly, he is a credit to Dreams and very professional. I will definitely make Dreams my first point of call next time I am searching for a bed.

THE STORE WAS WELL SET OUT AND THE MEMBER OF STAFF INTRODUCED HIMSELF ON MY ARRIVAL BUT NOT IN A "PUSHY" WAY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS AND GAVE ME EXCELLANT ADVICE TO SUIT MY CIRCUMSTANCES.

My partner and I attended the Fareham Dreams store Hampshire. Once we entered the store we were welcomed by Tam who was smiley and chatty. We were looking for the perfect mattress and I explained that I do sometimes have issues with my back. Tam showered us a few mattresses and assisted our comfort with memory foam pillows and cool tempur pillows to enable us to get the best sampling of the mattresses. Tam was not pressuring and left us for a short while to sample. Tam went the extra mile to offer me and partner a hot drink also :-). Tam made us aware that if after 39 sleeps were not happy with the mattress we can change it, which was very useful to know as I couldnt decide between 2 and i was conscious of my back problems. We went through the purchase and it was very straight forward and easy, Tam advised us along the way and gave us payment options. We opted for the 20% deposit and 10 months interest free installments, we also took out the insurance and bought two beautiful cool pillows which are lovely. Tam was very knowledgeable, he did not try to sell anything by being 'pushy'. He explained the process of order and delivery and clearly identified suitable delivery date. We were the only customers in the store at the time but he left us alone to try the beds displayed for comfort and support. All in all a very good experience. He was a very helpful sales person and is a credit to your company.

We were highly satisfied because as soon as we were inside the store , we did not feel pressured at all. After being introduced to the staff we felt we were able to look around and enjoy what was on offer to us. Any of our questions was answered with genuine help, many of the products were explained fully. My daughter was well pleased with her purchase and has already told many friends and work colleges.

Tam provided excellent customer care during our visit. He was friendly, knowledgable and not too pushy, allowing us to make a judged decision.

Miserable day outside, torrential rain & walked in just by chance to see what was available as we had talked about getting new Mattress. Immediately we were greeted & then left to browse - informed about the different structures & materials used. Shown certain mattresses that we mentioned and then left to make our minds up on which or whether to buy. No hassle, no interuptions. After deciding it was plain sailing to the desk to order with agreements to delivery etc: Nice relaxed atmosphere.
