Wide range of good products at reasonable prices.

Help was offered but not pushed, good range of items to view, encouraged to look at products closely and try out. Very good quality even though the items I purchased where in the sale and so very reasonable price.

Staff were friendly and helpful, they took in the consideration of my disability.

The shopping trip was very good, the service in store by Tam was excellent I was left to have a look around the store after being welcomed in and told where everything was located, Tam then returned to see if everything was okay and if I needed any help. I then explained that I was interested in a bed frame and we spoke about different options. Service was very quick and very helpful.

Julie who served us was most helpful and understanding of our needs. We found her friendly and courteous.

We were very satisfied when looking for our new bed in Dreams, Fareham. All the staff very friendly and helpful especially Julie. Julie took the time to explain the different types of beds to us and was very patient and attentive whilst we looked at all of them.

the staff were on hand and helpful but not pushy we were not rushed into a purchase. We went away to think about our needs but had a better understanding of what was on offer. We returned a few days later to make a purchase.
