Very good with my 3 year old son while trying to look at beds!

Very good and helpful shop assistance from all staff we came into contact with.

THE STORE WAS WELL PRESENTED AND EVERYTHING WAS LAID OUT WITH EASE OF ACCESS AROUND ALL THE PRODUCTS. THE STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND OFFERED ADVICE WHEN NEEDED AND WAS NOT OVER BEARING AND ALOUD US TO LOOK AROUND WITHOUT HASSEL.

When I entered the store at Broadcut Retail Park Fareham, the assistant Claire greated me in an open and friendly manor. I was allowed to look around the store without being hassled however when I needed help or information Claire was there with friendly help and advice. Her knowledge of her product base was impressive and her enthusiasm for her job was refreshing.

On entering the store we were treated by Tam who asked if we needed any help. We explained what we were looking for and Tam explained all the different styles, colours and firmness ratings. He was there for all our questions but we felt no pressure. Tam was very helpful and patient whilst we made our choices when we had made those choices he quickly completed the paperwork explaining deliver times and dates. Paperwork completed a couple of signatures and a payment and we were done. Brilliant. All help and no pressure made this an easy shop and left us feeling valued as a customer.

Tam was friendly and helpful with out being over bearing.

I explained to Claire what I was looking for and why and she told me everything I needed to know in order to start shopping. She left me to it so I could take my time to try the different beds etc but was there at the drop of a hat if I had any questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and really personable and friendly. My partner and I decided to think about it over night and I went back the next day to purchase the full package. Claire was there again and made the transaction really quick and simple. A great experience overall with excellent customer service. Claire was really open and honest about what would suit us or not and I didn't feel like she was too pushy either. I would definitely recommend this branch of Dreams.

Tam in the Fareham store allowed my wife and I to browse and try several beds at our own leisure. He advised us on beds once we gave him an idea of what we where looking for and waited for us to indicate which one we where interested in. a very good service.

The sales person, Jaz, greeted me when I walked in and took the time to explain what the different ratings of mattresses meant. I never at any point felt rushed or obliged to make a purchase.
