Sales person helpful. Had what I was looking for at price I was prepared to pay

Products were described clearly. The staff gave me plenty of time to try the beds with out hovering around but were available when needed. Also as mobility scooter user there was sufficient room for me to move around.

Claire, the lady who helped me today, was very understanding on what I needed and was very helpful when it come to all the products in store. She was very friendly and very easy to talk to. Also the variety of different mattress in store was very helpful as I don't like a mattress which is too sort nor too firm. She recommend a mattress which I might like, and it was the perfect one.

We weren't harassed by eager salespeople we were offered information and a welcome drink and left alone to make an unpressurised decision. We felt the staff were very knowleable about the products and took in our requirements therefore being able to provide us with the assistance we were looking for when it was required. Not our first visit and certainly not our last. Your staff know how to pitch it just right. Well done!
