Our sales assistant Julie was very helpful and friendly. No hard pressure sale and gave us the time to make up our own mind about which mattress was best for us once we had narrowed it down to two options. Tam and Julie where a good team.

The Sales person took the time to ascertain what bed was required & didn't try to sell me the most expensive items for the sake of it. He showed me the bed frame built so I could see the quality as I had only seen it online.

I was unsure what i really wanted as far as the type of bed i wanted,but Jaz was very good at going through all the options,and it was because of her help that i bought a bed that day.I only came in for a pillow,(only joking).Top marks to her.

We were offered a drink and allowed to test out any of the beds. Julie was ffriendly but not pushy.

The lady in the Store (Fareham) service WAS EXELLENT. We were offered coffee which was a lovely gester. We were given space and time to ourselves to decide without any pushing salespeople. The sales person, Tam, greeted us in a really friendly manner. He explained about the layout of the store & colour coding on the beds. He processed our order very quickly and efficiently. There was also good interaction with the other store staff - they came across as a good, professional team.

The assistance (Julie) was very helpful she showed us a number of beds to look at, then left myself and daughter alone to wander around to make up our minds. During this time offered us refreshments. When we had discided she gave us all the help we needed.
