The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly but not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted.

Everyone was really friendly.But not too much in your face that was uncomfortable.We were able to browse without being pestered. and when we did want to speak to someone they were prompt and and knowledgeable about the bed.Will come back again

Walked in and approached welcomingly by Claire. She looked after us and her knowledge was good. Extremely happy with price (lowest around) and left contented.

Lisa Cole provided excellent customer service as she had both product knowledge and made time for us to choose a decent mattress for our daughters new bed and answered all of our questions regarding the 'Alice' bedroom range. This made us feel secure in ordering the full Alice range for our daughter. We can't wait for it to give our daughter Isabelle a Princess bedroom!

On arrival I was greeted with a friendly hello, straight away asked if I would like any assistance with a friendly smile. Given some info & offered a cup of tea & no oversell but they showed a knowledgeable product info & helpful assistance. Great customer service from start to finish

We were greeted by friendly assistants upon entering the store. We explained what we were looking for and the assistant expained how the colour coding worked to identify mattress types and the differences between them. We were given pillows to take round as we tried the beds. These were changed for memory foam ones on the tempur mattresses. We were offered tea or coffee while we browsed. When we had made our decision the assistant expalined the benefits of an extended warrenty on the ottoman base which we decided was good value. We were instore for about 45 minutes but never felt pressured at any point. Excellent customer service.

We were able to peruse at our own pace. and attended to when we asked, and tested the beds with no fuss, all in all an easy 30 minutes in the store.
