We were asked if we needed help as we came in the store, were given lots of advice and plenty of time to choose our purchase ,the lady who looked after "us" was very helpful and pleasant her name was Julie

Very informative assistant Julie, listened to what I was looking for and showed me the options available, very helpful lady

the lady who served us, Claire, on our initial visit and when we came into purchase was amazing. She gave us all the information and help we needed without being pushy. we had all the time we needed to try the beds and make a decision. no hard sell, just good advice and really helpful. JULIE SPENT TIME DISCUSSING MY NEEDS

Customer service was great. The range of products and quality was very good.

Julie took time to understand my needs, showed me the products i was querying, and helped by bouncing on the bed to show how much i could feel on the other side! couldn't fault her.

The colleague was very helpful and excelled in customer service. The name of this colleague was Julie. We would go back after this very good customer service which was professional from the time we walked in to the time we left. Once she had showed us the various options she left us to view and make our decision not rushing us which enabled us to make a positive decision.

All 3 members of staff present, Julie, Jaz and Jennifer could not have been more helpful and really new their products. We were lucky to have the store almost to ourselves, but for all three ladies to have discussed our requirements and the proposals and suggestions with us was a bonus and though we had been looking in other bedding stores they were able to convince us their products were right for us. A really good and fun shopping experience for me and my wife.

Shown the beds I was interested in. Explained the difference. Gave me space to make my decision but remained within eyesight should I have more questions. Just how I like it!
