I fully expected a wait of up to 7 weeks when I called to place the order for 2 wooden beds as that was what I’d read online previously. Therefore I was totally surprised that they were available within less than a week

Good value for money

I wanted to purchase the Deacon bed 400i with a mattress. The website stated 20% off with a mattress however for that colour frame in KING size it wasn't applying the discount, it was very frustrating however i contacted customer service and spoke to Neil (01329 237377) he was absolutely fantastic and applied the discount and after a number of phone calls back and forth the bed and mattress are arriving next week I've also now ordered matching bedside tables. Huge thank you to Neil he was absolutely great and a credit to Dreams. Looking forward to my bed arriving now.

Julie was our advisor, she talked us through our options but was not pushy giving us time to discuss and try at our leisure.

Very good friendly service in Fareham branch. Dealt with queries and recommended products and ordered efficiently exactly what I wanted.

Jennifer was friendly and highly knowledgeable about all products in various price ranges She took the the time to listen to our needs and freely offered advice without being pushy. She advised us about all extras available but did not try to push them onto when we decided not to take up the options such as extended warranty which was a refreshing change compared to other furniture stores A pleasant experience shopping in your Fareham store, all staff were friendly and helpful

Staff were VERY friendly & helpful. Made us feel extremely welcomed & answered our a million questions with a smile. They came across as experts & helped us feel confident in our purchase. 11/10
