Julie Cole was extremely friendly and helpful during my visit and knowledgeable of the products on offer. Julie went above and beyond expectations and offered additional advice on how to unpack the rolled memory foam mattress

I had completed some research about the type of bed etc I wanted beforehand. Julie was very knowledgeable especially as my partner has back problems. Our trouble is we both need a different type of mattress, difficult in a double bed but Julie pointed out the right types to try. Although we were in the shop a lot longer than I expected to be, we did not feel under pressure to buy a particular type of bed or price, I felt we were given enough information to make our own minds up. I hate pushy sales people so would have left the shop if this was the case. I am not sure about some of your 'SALE prices, Knight and Less had the Tempur mattresses at the same price without a sale so have marked down for prices. Also find the delivery prices and take away service a bit high. Proof will be when the bed arrives but so far happy with the customer service.

My wife is disabled and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The lady that served us was very helpful and approachable. She understood our needs and was able to help us find a delivery date that fitted with us moving house. Although she asked if we needed a mattress she did not push when we said that we already had one, she was very clear about what we needed to buy. She also made sure that the price was correct as there was a 20% off event within the store on the day that we visited.
