STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, AND GAVE US ADVISE ON WHAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE.

The assistant was friendly, smiling and very patient. Explained the bed we were interested in and a good explanation of the mattresses. We were able to try quite a few mattresses and she was very patient still and informative. A very pleasant shopping time was had by my husband and I. Enjoyed the nice cup of tea offered !!

Jaz was very helful! She helped me find a mattress that would suit me, and helped me confirm my choices by providing me with the info I needed to make my final decisions. Please thank her for me, she is a credit to your company.

Under no pressure to buy, we could take our time to test the product and the staff were helpful even providing proper pillows in order to get the best experience.

The layout of the store was good and the labelling of the products was clear. Really liked the colour coding of the pillows. Also the amount of assistance we received was just right - very informative and not at all pushy.
