Tam asked me a few questions, guided me without being pushy, listened to what I had to say,was honest and upfront , never felt under pressure , I just wanted to buy the one suitable to my needs, I am so pleased

The salesman was very helpful and friendly. My wife being blind was given plenty of help and was not rushed. She enjoyed the experience immensely

Tam the assistant allowed us time to try and left us to experience the mattresses to get a feel of what was right for us. There was no pressure to purchase. A lot of understanding of the products in store.
