Simply without full knowledge of every item on the market being highly satisfied is almost impossible to achieve. Also, without sleeping on the product for some time it is a little premature to fully judge the product and service. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Was satisfied in general, just found it hard to hear assistant sometimes because of the mask. Which I can understand at present times. Overall we got what we required, with ease and efficiency

My overall experience was extremely good, however I felt let down when it came to the delivery. Although I was given a 2 hour time slot, I wasn't called to confirm as stated in the message. I was also very disappointed that the delivery of the mattress was just left in my hallway & not unwrapped & placed on my bed as I was told to expect from the store.

Arrived at the store greeted by Jimmy had a look round then went on a mechine to test our sleep posture Jimmy then proceeded to show us the mattresses he thought would be best for us we chose a mattress and carried on looking at beds with Jimmy explaining what was what ,chose a bed went to check out paid picked delivery date happy days satisfied . From date of order to delivery was alot longer than expected, however I do understand there is most likey a high demand for beds at the moment, was just a bit longer than I expected (6 1/2 weeks)
