Good service, just was a little disappointed that delivery would be 10 weeks approx ..

The health and safety procedures put in place by Dreams, was outstanding, and the staff were so helpful. I walk with a stick, and this makes me a bit slow, but Julia who assisted us was so kind, and told me to take all the time I needed.

Lady was very welcoming when we went into the store and explained what it was we wanted and she showed us to the mattress we wanted and what was best (i would add i bought the mattress for my son) and she was also the lady who sold us bunk beds a few years ago and she did a really good job then).

From entering the store I was approached by Edward who was polite and helpful. He completed the bed testing machine for my partner and I, through to proceeding with a tv bed and cloud gel mattress. Overall very good . Just took a little longer then I was expecting but really wasn't an issue.

Ed was really professional, not pushy but knew a lot about the different mattresses and helped us pick one. Very professional, and safe throughout our visit
