Your staff were brilliant, really patient and helpful as we were unsure of a mattress type due to medical issues that both myself and my partner have. System was a little problematic and the printer decided to crash when Simon was trying to print off our paperwork!! Other than that, I was really impressed with both the store and your staff....

Visit to store was excellent, but quoted 6 weeks delivery but turned out to be over 7 weeks.

When I arrived at the store and eventually chose a mattress I explained to the young assistant that time was of the essence as my 93 year old Husband was finding our mattress extremely uncomfortable which was stopping him sleeping and causing him some distress. I left the store under the impression that our new mattress together with other items would be delivered on the 17 th August only to learn ,later ,that it would be the 17 th September. 6 weeks is along time for a 93 year old to have to wait. We will keep our order with Dreams but I’m very disappointed that a mattress couldn’t be found as a matter of urgency.
