There was only one person serving, and one other customer in the store. I had to wait a long time while the other person was being seen to.

I was satisfied but as the bed we ordered was not an item held in stock, I reserve judgement on whether I will be highly satisfied with the whole experience.

difficult to compare the beds that we were offered bit quick to convert interest / price quote to a sale month delivery bit too long

The sales assistant could not tell me the thickness of the mattress yet I was able to find it myself

20% discount was discussed on the mattress but not offered at the ordering phase. I missed it until it was too late

Initially tried to buy on-line but website didn't give any information regarding sizes, and I was not able to view in detail the item I wanted. When I queried this on-line I was told to visit a store. The store in my area does not carry these items, but the assistant was most helpful, and what she didn't know herself she knew who to contact to get the information. No delivery date was given when I placed the order, as it was not a stock item, but would be about 9 weeks I was told.

Fewer offers than on my previous visit e.g. £100 off and 2 free pillows, so we ended up paying slightly more. Having to wait nearly 3 weeks for the mattress to be delivered takes some of the excitement away!

We were greeted in a friendly but non-pushy way by the assistant (I think her name was Jennifer) and when I explained the type of bed we were looking for she recommended we use the Sleepmatch machine to narrow down our choice. We had never heard of this machine and we were impressed with the machine and results. We then tried the 6 recommended mattresses which meant we could concentrate on them rather than waste time on unsuitable ones. We immediately ruled out 2, and then quickly settled on a choice of 2. At this point the assistant measured the thickness of mattresses and the choice of bases as we had said height was important for us, and gave us further information on construction and colours. She gave us plenty of time to ensure we were buying the right one. When we placed the order she made sure we understood conditions of sale and delivery including insurance.
