The staff member was extremely helpful in every way. The only 'downside' was the complete lack of colour / patterns relating to the bed-linen. I have made purchases at this store in the past, al-beit some long time ago. I will probably visit the same store in the reasonably near future in the hope that there is a greater selection of colours/ patterns etc.

The guidance received from the sales assistant when selecting mattresses to test was generally excellent. However, I do object to the 'special offers ending soon' pricing structure and 'offers' which generally mask the true cost of the items perchased. I do not believe that large additional costs should be chargeable for extended warranties on goods which are supposed to be well manufactured - particularly when it is an 'own brand' product. These should be supplied with an extended warranty as standard, so as to shine as a beacon of quality and value for money. I also consider that a full upfront payment for goods which are not expected to be delivered for 7-9 weeks (and possibly longer - date unknown due to being a third party product) to be unreasonable.

The store was quite small. We were after a inexpensive double mattress and there were only 2 or 3 to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. To get a highly satisfied I would expect the store to be more modern and a bigger range on display.

i was as satisfied with the help and ease of my transaction and friendliness of the staff. just don't think it was exceptional, but overall very satisfied.

I never give a hundred percent. I think staff can get complacent if they think they have top marks.

Very happy with the product we purchased, we just ended up purchasing a much more expensive product than we had planned prior to visiting. We found a similar product online, but Dreams was not willing to match the price of the other provider. However the value of the 3 years interest free was sufficient to make us complete the purchase.

The mattress we came to view was not in stick or available on the shop floor to try.

i booked a 45 minute consultation appointment beforehand. However on arrival at the shop there were only two sales assistants/consultants in the shop and a number of people looking at beds, so the consultant looking after me had to also serve the other customers. This left me waiting at certain times for him to return to me. I had thought that booking an appointment would mean receiving full attention during that time but this was not the case. I do not blame the sales assistant, only the insufficient number of assistants available.

I finished up paying a bit more than I wanted, and I felt that the headboard price was high with no sale discount and choice was a bit limited. That said the professionalism of the salesperson overcame these small drawbacks.
