Dreams - Fareham

What I received was what I would normally expect

No one is perfect - I was however pretty impressed with Dreams

Delivery was late by 45 minutes

In the shop there were cobwebs on the ceiling! When you are trying out matresses that's not what you want to see, on the other hand it didn't affect us buying the mattress from you, didn't look pretty that's all!!

Although price ranges were very good there were not many beds on show which I wanted, namely a child's small single.

assistance was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy

There was not an option to buy the bed without a tv, as we already have a tv that would fit in the bed.

Never visited a Dreams store before, though was very happy, having not previously visited to purchase before, felt it not be a fair to give a highly satisfied answer, with nothing to compare.

I dont think any store meets highly satisfied
