I have stated that I was highly satisfied, with nearly ALL the questions, so I have awarded the dreams personnel, a really good rate. However, NOW I have changed my mind, about filling in feedbacks, you clearly do NOT read customers feedback........... very disappointed in your survey. It needs looking into.

We had done our research prior to coming to the store, so we knew what product we wanted, and didn't really need much help. There were no real questions that needed answering by staff about the product itself - only the delivery. It was slightly surprising when we were told that delivery was 6 weeks away - though we knew that it would only be made after the order was taken. Denied credit. Would have prefereds to pay a deposit, and do a monthly direct debit. Decided to buy outright, but not happy

There was one employee who seemed totally disinterested in assisting the couple she was serving. This didn't give a great perception. Hoerver the lady who helped us was brilliant.

I am highly satisfied with the personnel and the service. I genuine feel that for a 750£ bed I frame, the quality of the frame should by slightly better (more sturdy, better base materials) but this is not specific to the the store but across the whole market. I also feel that your range of frames is slightly old fashioned and only a handful or less of your frames matched my modern, minimalist taste but this is down to taste. Thanks

My only reason for not selecting Highly satisfied was that the ordering process in the store seemed to take quite a while - There seemed to be a computer error that meant I had to give all my details twice. Whether that was the member of staffs mistake or a random problem with the system I have no idea - Not a major issue but worth mentioning.

To be highly satisfied I would have needed to feel absolutely sure I had made a great choice and at a fair price. I left feeling I had made a good choice from the items available, but was surprised how much it cost.

To me highly equates to exceptional. I knew what I wanted, and had researched other suppliers. I chose your store and received the level of service and assistance I expected

The experience was as we would expect - friendly and helpful staff and we expect this as standard.
