Products not available to view in store. The push to buy more products once order was placed.. and the extra cost to specify an am or pm slot.

Salesperson balanced advice and interaction perfectly. Gave us some info, left us to it, and then spoke again after a while to see what we thought. He then moved us onto the next option based on our response. Much better than a pushy, constantly present sales person not give by you time to talk privately.

Very knowledgeable assistant who explained in tems that I could understand the difference between various matresses.
