Welcomed and provided information on arrival, useful as we were planning to buy but would have been less welcome if we were browsing. Prices were explained well, up-sell was obvious (pillows, protectors, duvets... etc) but not pushy. Ultimately an uncomfortably expensive product, however this is not out of the norm for a SK bed.

The particular bed frame I was looking for was not available. Bought the bed frame on line and bought the mattress from Dreams.

Literature was out of date in relation to availability of 10 year guarantee, some literature misleading in it's wording in relation to cancellation procedure, leading us to believe that order could be cancelled as long as manufacture had not been started. Also it states reasonable administration charges will be made after this time, but administration charge quoted was £380 over phone. This does not seem reasonable...... However, due to the excellent customer service from Claire, and also the excellent customer service from Ollie, all of this was resolved.

It is very difficult to work out the pricing of your bed frames, which seem to vary even for the same thing. Mattress pricing seems easier to understand. Sometimes it felt like smoke & mirriors.

I was very disappointed with the child's range, as we were looking for a bed for our little boy. There were two little divans on show, none of the headboards on show and the pricing was a little hard to understand on some of them! We couldn't work out if the price was mattress included price or not!

The discount cards in store seemed to bear little resemblance to the discount given. It was curiously variable depending on the product - almost as if it was deliberately designed to confuse. I am quite unsure if I have received the appropriate discount or whether the price will be exactly the same in a couple of months time only under a different discount structure. In other words, I'm not really sure that I have received any kind of 'seasonal' discount at all or whether this will, one way or another, always be the price. Something makes me think that it's all a bit of a pricing scam. But I guess that really won't bother you because I still bought the product!

Purely due to the overbearing sales person- she wouldn't leave us alone whilst we were testing the beds which was off putting.

Nothing specific at not being highly satisfied , just a normal visit other customers being attended to . A couple of assistants saw to our needs so didn't flow but nonetheless less quite a pleasant experience.
