Dreams - Fareham

Fareham is a local branch for us. I have popped in during the past few years although this time service has been much more efficient,pro-active and relevant. It has resulted in my wife and i choosing a mattress product as i normally buy from trade supply due to my job in the Hotel sector Claire at the store was helpful throughout both on the shopping day and the day after when i revisited and made the purchase

Whilst the issue may appear rather small to you, I would expect your computer systems to be able to pull through data held on us e.g. address details to the new order. Unfortunately, this was not the case again! As we have purchased a number of items from you over the past 3 years it would be good to know that customer feedback is taken seriously and updates to your systems made as a result. This must be a simple adjustment to make. Thank you.

To be highly satisfied, the price would have to be A LOT cheaper

We were very happy with the service given but I always keep the top marks for excetional service. We do not have any complaints

We were very satisfied in store, however the online chat told us that we coUld not purchase this item (2 pillows) in store. When I queried this I was told not many people could fit a bed in their car!!

All went well. No complaints. Always possible improvement.

Very patient assistant for a customer like me ........hope to enjoy mattress when it arrives on Nov8th

Nobody is perfect but Claire the assistant was very nearly perfect but failed to offer tea and toast when I arose from the beds :)

The mattress has not been delivered yet - it is due on 3 Nov. So I reserve judgement until it arrives safely. However I was very impressed by the Dreams store in Fareham. I don't enjoy shopping particularly. but the salesman knew his stick, understood my price range and was helpful and not pushy

Only had a choice of 2 mattresses out of a whole store because we needed extra firm but am happy with what we chose. Prices are high
