Long wait as assistant very busy. Other staff seemed to be wandering around

The. Shop and staff were great. just disapointed to return home to an email from nectar card offering points for on line orders. Sad to miss out on such a nice offer. Otherwise very pleased with our purchase. T You. Peter

Shame when you're spending over £500 you still get charged quite a high delivery fee, when only 5 minutes down the road. Everything else though, all ok.

I always believe there is room for improvement but everything was good

I was very happy, have not stated any disatisfaction in this survey at all staff were brilliant, patient, friendly and efficient. Could not ask for more great thing was they where not to intrusive when browsing but great when we wanted the help with our choice.

The sale products online were not available to test/view in store and no comparable alternative was available.

There was no problem or anything I very rarely give Top marks for anything. Satisfactory is very good from me.

NOT ENOUGH VENTILATION/AIR CON IN STORE

Only one member of staff available to attend to customers, slight waiting time
