Service was good. Price was more than we had hoped to spend but that is not an issue with the store - only our expectations.

The choice of beds and additional items was exceptional and fitted in with my needs when choosing the correct mattress for health reasons.

I already knew what was required so did not need any sales push only identification of the item required from stock instore

Average price of bed was over £600 - charged extra for draws in divan - despite showing them on show beds and £39 for delivery - these "extras" were the reason why I could not give "highly satisfied" . "Sale" - very few were actually on "sale" in type/range I was looking at.

Highly satisfied with staff and their expertise for the Dreams products. It was the fact we were directed to only a few beds and would like to have more comparison but that could have been down to what we were requesting. However we did purchase one of the more expensive items. We will be investigating pillows elsewhere to compare as the products did not have all we wanted. Overall a good experience, lovely staff.

Problems with system and staff ability to complete the order by working around your system made placing the order last over half hour.

Your prices are very high, if I pay over £400 for a bed I expect delivery to be free and the old one to be taken away like a washing machine.

The visit to the store was enjoyable and Jenny was very helpful. Unfortunately we had seen the same mattress in the Southampton store at 849 but it was marked at 899 which was disappointing. However we were told it was a change in the offer, but we had missed it by a week.
