I feel that for the value of the order I was placing (£665) I should have got free delivery. With most other furniture shops I have had free delivery on items of this value.

I did feel that i was 'pounced on' the minute I entered the store. I wasn't given any time to enter the store and browse before I was entertained to a sales pitch. It wasn't the most pushy but when I enter a store I do like to be able to have a wander around for a little while before being accosted by a sales person.

I decided to shop at dreams as I have been recommended by many friends, as the quality of the childrens range was very good. As I attended the Fareham branch, I was hoping to view the Tinsley S Mid sleeper cube,desk & 3 draw white chest. I was disappointed not to be able to view any of your range of childrens beds, it would of been nice to see the high quality of this range. The manager who was on hand and very professional Jaz, apologised and tried to contact another local store. I feel Jaz was embarrassed as the store she was trying to contact on my behalf, to see if they had one for me to view, did not even answer phone after we had waited a number of minutes. Jaz was very apologetic, professional and efficient. I then decided to place my order of 2 of these beds as id viewed them online. Call me old fashioned but I still enjoy the experience of actually physically shopping for such expensive items. It would of been lovely to have experienced that at Dreams. I am eagerly awaiting delivery of these items, the children are so excited, I do hope they are as amazing as we hope. Please thank your Fareham branch and Jaz as they were wonderful.

We were only viewing beds with the view to be purchasing in the near future. Satisfied with the info on beds given. However we did come away with a throw and pillow which we were very happy with!

I was placing a large order and somehow a king sized headboard was missed of my order- although I had selected one. This mistake was not discovered until my order was delivered on the delivery date. This resulted in having to visit the store again and re order this item. Although the team were very apologetic and quickly rectified the problem I now have to wait for another two weeks to receive my headboard(which I thought I had ordered and paid for on the first visit)

Due to order delivery time being so long! Placed order on the 1st February delivery is expected 24th February. This is too long should be no more than a week!
