It was very good. The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable. There could have been more choice perhaps.

Initial experience on entering store appeared guarded. As we progressed with making our decision and during ordering stage barriers fell and sales process went satasfactorily

I believe that the price of this particular mattress could have been lower most other mattresses were in the sale this one was not.

Would be nice to have a bit more stock on show, however there was enough which suited our requirements.

The layout of the store could be more intuitive, to display similar types of mattress together, rather than displaying the mattresses by manufacturer. When choosing between two pocket-sprung mattresses (made by different manufacturers) we were constantly pacing backwards and forwards to compare their merits!

The only thing which spoiled our visit was that the assistant forgot to mention that there would be a delivery charge as well as the charge to remove the old bed. This, of course, made a difference to the bill total.

A good service but in my opinion a delivery charge should be included in the price for high end items.

I found Dreams welcoming and friendly and the assistants happy to assist. Did not apply any pressure to buy, but happy to answer any quiries. The whole experience was pleasant and trouble free.

The main person we had giving us good customer service was Tam. 2 other people then joined in taking up far too much time telling how they had the same bed and how much they love it. Whether true or not, I am not going to be swayed in any way by whether someone who works in the shop also happens to love one of the most expensive beds in the shop! The woman then introduced to her partner who shares the bed and he gave his opinion - again, completely pointless (e.g. telling us how the bed helps him overcome sporting injuries) and inappropriate (we don't want to think about them in bed!).
