Very pleasant staff but store was a little difficult to get around with the number of customers in it at the time.

Disappointed to be charged £39 for delivery because I ordered in store then when I checked online I could have ordered the same bed for the same price but with free delivery. I believe that the charge for delivery should be refunded.

Outside the store was covered in "HALF PRICE SALE" posters yet when I got inside I was disappointed to find that the item that I wanted to purchase had no movement in the price ! I feel this is false marketing to get people in to the store. I am happy with the quality of the item I have purchased (or I wouldn't have bought it) but I feel for an £1800 mattress when half price sale was on that delivery and old mattress collection would not be charged at least, I was then given a mattress topper with torn bag and a "REDUCED PRICE" label and told it was better quality than the one that should be free with the mattress !! (I think there was not a correct one for the size I ordered in stock). To conclude this is the second mattress i have purchased from Dreams but I don't think i will return for another. thank you.

Having to pay for delivery

No issues with the service or the products. nobody can be highly satisfied with everything.

On this occasion the product I wanted was available, however I find the delivery timescale for beds is disappointing. I had to buy the bed from a different retailer.

We wanted to have a faster delivery time with no charge for delivery.

Staff were very helpful and the knowledge was excellent. This was the second visit to the store and the first visit was the same, friendly staff.
