There were some restrictions on the colours of headboards / divans which were limiting. There was also a slight difference in colour/fabric from divan / headboard which I found odd.

Price greater than what we wanted to pay. The person looking after us was fine, but her colleague was loud and was butting in. No mention of the delivery cost was advised until the order had been placed.

The option to collect the item from store was not available, instead had to pay £39 extra for a delivery charge. We were only notified of this when we were proceeding to pay.

Dreams need a severe reality check.We urgently needed a bed base. If it was not for the persistence of your store manager Jaz attempting to resolve this we would have gone elsewhere. When companies are doing free delivery you should do the same. The availability of stock was poor. We live and do business in a world where 24 x 7 is the order of the day..not, it seems,at Dreams. You should be glad you have someone of the calibre of your store manager.She was a pleasure to deal with and upheld the philosophy of your ops director than "no one walks". to be honest if it were not for her we would have left 20 minutes before we did. When it comes to sales and delivery warehouses should not be able to dictate.If the delivery load for that day is full ...put on another...get people to think outside the box... Your company need motivation for this...let me know and I will put you in touch with the right people. regards A.Welsh

We really would have preferred to be able to take the flat pack bed and rolled mattress away with us, for convenience, rather than having to have it delivered

I seldom rate anything has highly satisfied. The service was very good, the assistant knowledgable and the ourchase went through without any difficulties.

Staff very helpful as I am disabled. Spoke about a previous purchase (Bed % Chest of draws) bed mattress very uncomfortable so was advised to purchase a topper(Luxury S Memory Foam and bed is the single Woburn) which I did at a cost of £129.99 plus extra deep fitted sheet. Topper is absolutely rubbish as every time I move the topper even with its retaining straps in place will move. On two occasion this has resulted in my falling out of bed as when getting out of bed I think the mattress is supporting me but in fact it is the topper that has overlapped the mattress. Also the topper is approx. 4 inches too short for the bed even when flat and even worse when the head support is raised. The Fitted sheet whilst better as it is deeper than the normal sheet it is extreamley tight to get on the bed and STILL works itself off the mattress. It is not the staffs problem but the manufacturer but the staff should be aware that this occurs and as a result I have wasted £142.98 and as a pensioner and disabled to boot I find the end result ( comfort and support with my back, bad circulation, heart condition and a diabetic). Delivery has always been acceptable.

like all high priced goods there should be bit of room to negoiate the price. Online delivery is free in the store £39
