The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and competent, unfortunately, the same could not be said for the manager, who was rude, kept talking over the assistant and came across as very arrogant! My son and I, shared this view and would not visit that shop again.

Good customer service from Julie, However, there is always room for improvement. It was our second time in the shop to confirm what we wanted. The shop is well laid out, incredibly warm inside with a good selection of products. would shop there again

We ended up buying one of the most expensive mattresses in the shop. We were treated like we'd bought the cheapest. The mattress we bought offered two free pillows (which we didn't need) and the salesperson told us if we wanted the "cool touch" version we would need to pay an extra £14. For what we are buying, this should have been included. We were told we needed to pay £45 for the old mattress to be taken away. We were offered expensive "insurance" and mattress covers. When we bought our last mattress from another shop at a considerably cheaper price, the fee to take away the old mattress was waived. We ended up leaving that shop feeling like we had a good deal. Not so in Dreams. Every effort was taken to milk us for every penny they could and the fact we'd bought an absurdly expensive mattress we seemingly ignored. I left the shop feeling unvalued and am unlikely to shop at Dreams again.

I was satsfied in the store. It was the length of delivery and the lack of information about the mattress over that annoyed me.

I was disappointed that the delivery process was not flexible enough to suit my arrangements. I have had to switch around my part-time working days in order to receive my order on the day it is being delivered. Although this has been possible, it has inconvenienced a colleague.

Very little rapport from the advisers very little help with choosing a product and almost no conversation while ordering and paying.
