The manger Ed was extremely helpful and accomodating. He is a credit your business and your brand. I have no connections with Ed previously but if he applied for a job with me I’d employ him at a stroke!

Jenny are customer adviser there was amazing as was Neil. They were both very helpful they new exactly what we wanted and withing 30 mins I was placing an order for a bed, mattress and pillows (I didn't even know I needed pillows). My partner struggles dealing with unfamiliar people and places so I was expecting some sort of resistance towards your colleagues but she said they made her feel so at home and welcome she didn't feel threatened. I have to say the team at the dreams store in Fareham are by far the nice people we dealt with whilst looking for a new bed. So much so I went to work and recommend them to several of my Co workers. Keep up the amazing work

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help . After a quick chat it was decided that it would be best for me to come back in with my husband to try the computerised sleep bed to determine which mattress would suit us best . We made an appointment for the next day and James showed us to each bed to try. He gave us time and space to decide on the right mattress.
