We were told on our first visit the day before that the bed (ottoman Tokyo)was on special offer including the mattress. We had others to look at in "Benson's for beds" and had a good deal on a TV bed if purchased with Bedroom furniture. But we decided to buy the furniture only from Benson's and returned the next day to dreams to purchase the bed to be told that it was not on offer and it was the others on offer. The special offer signs miraculously appeared on the bed. We decided as the product was good we would purchase it. Mr Hendertson

Underwhelmed by attitude of sales person. Yes we weren’t spending lots of money but it was almost like our purchase was viewed as an inconvenience

All was well in the store and the staff were very helpful. The item delivered to our home WAS NOT THE ITEM THAT WE HAD ORDERED. We had to return to the shop to sort it out and are STILL WAITING for the correct item to be delivered and the incorrect one to be removed..

I could not believe that I would be charged £10 for the delivery men to fit the castor wheels to my bed base. Would this not be the same as charging to fit the drawers ?

I was lead to believe l had ordered and paid for a bed, on arrival it was a mattress only

The 3 reasons why I was not at all satisfied with my Dreams experience were: 1. When asking about a bed which the price had been covered up I was shut off for asking what the actual price is, Double said £349 while King said £549 when actually it was £449 but the price had a white label covering the price making me question what the actual price was. 2. The size of the bed in-store was not visible misleading me into thinking that the one on show was a standard Double sized bed when actually it was a King Sized bed. 3. The lady which did my order said she would do me a deal on getting rid of my current bed, she said and I quote "We'll do you a deal where we take your current bed for no extra cost" - When reviewing my contract and delivery schedule this was not to be the case and she had failed to get add that I wanted to get rid of any bed at all, let alone me pay for you to take it.

Although the overall experience at Dreams was extremely good, I did feel that nearly 7 weeks for a mattress only delivery was quite long.

I walked into dreams in Portsmouth centre on Sunday at 3:35pm just before it was closing. i was served by a very unhelpful very uninterested abnoxious very poor customer service based employee who did not help me me, wasn't really interested in trying to sell me a foam mattress, he didn't seem to want to care about telling me the prices telling me about the discounts working out the discounts for me nothing. he would not give me his name and he annoyed me so much I walked out of your shop and went to Fareham to purchase my memory foam mattress as I did not like this member of staff who was serving me an how he spoke to me and treated me on my first time ever visit in one of your stores, I have given you a highly dissatisfied survey because of this even though I purchased a memory foam mattress from an alternative store of yours in Fareham even after this experience. and i had no issues or problems with the product or colleagues in that store in Fareham who were very helpful and made
