The purchase went well but some problem occurred when booking delivery. We have been given a date and reassured that someone would contact us to arrange a convenient hour. On the delivery date, no one called us. When contacting customer services we were informed that there was no delivery booked for the that day. Costumer services said an email had been sent for us to book a date. The shop couldn't help and the manager said "they cannot deliver the mattress. They had tones of mattresses but to be delivered next week" which make me believe they were more worried about making fun of the situation than help. It is unacceptable that someone pays £599 for a mattress, is given a delivery date and ends up sleeping on the floor with no other option but wait another week for the item specially when it is advertise as " take it home the same day". Unfortunately dreams failed to provide a good service and the costumer here paid the mistake by sleeping on the floor when having serious back problems. Unacceptable, They had our phone number, they could have called us before, and they should have provided a temporary mattress until new delivery.

Saw and laid on medium comfort Sealy bed only to be sold medium firm. Requested cancellation of order and refund; Dreams denied! Informed Dreams that I am committing suicide due to their incompetence. Eventually, they refunded price of bed minus cost of recycling bag at £39. I am immensely furious! Dreams claim that they will refund £39 on receipt of recycling bag. If this does not happen then mark my words, I will commit suicide!
