The visit to Dreams was very pleasant, your colleague, Julie, was very attentive and knowledgeable without being over bearing. The advice given over the purchase of a mattress was balanced and concise without the hard sell and her guidance on the various types / manufacturers aided significantly in our final choice. All payment options were discussed to suit our requirements and additionally, a passing comment form myself prompted Julie to inform of a further discount available being a HM Forces member. Throughout the purchasing process Julie was an exemplar for your company making my wife and I feel at ease with no pressure to buy at any point, giving appropriate time to look at all options and guide when discussing our needs. Additionally, another colleague in store, Ed, (and worthy of a mention) when dealing with an elderly couple next to us, was overheard being very pleasant, kind and thoughtful to their particular needs. This shows that the Fareham store has a strong and cohesive team. Thanks.

Greeted immediately when I walked through the door, no waiting around, got straight on the simulator and started trying the beds. Fast and practical

From entry to the shop to purchase I was efficiently supported by the assistant but she was not in my face. I appreciated that as dislike being hounded. She offered the whereabouts for what I was looking for and supported when asked allowing my son and I to discuss between ourselves first.

Dreams was our first place to look as we have purchased with them before although many years ago ! From walking into the store we felt welcome and valued customers . We were helped every step of the way and decided what we would like , before making our final decision we decided to look at other stores to see what they had to offer . The other stores did not meet any expectations even though we found a similar product slightly cheaper did not have the confidence to purchase as the experience was no where near what we had experienced at Dreams . Hence to say we went back to dreams with confidence to purchase the bad and matresse that we liked . Have already recommended Our Fareham store to my friend Customer service 100%

Simon was very attentive in listening to what we were looking for and our ability to afford the new beds. His patience, product knowledge and general manner were superb. We loved the products and really appreciated the process Simon took us through to arrive at the right decision. At no time did we feel pressurised which was a welcome relief.

salesman very informative and made sure of what we wanted and explained if he did not think it was right for you. perhaps the only grouse was the charge for taking our existing bed away. on the whole very satisfied and would use them again
