I was very pleased with the knowledge which the staff had on the products, how helpfull all the staff were in making sure that we purchased the correct product for our need.All of the staff had a imput at one time or another. congratulations to the staff at fareham store .reminded me of what customer service is all about.

The lady at Havant store offered to email all local branches for the item I was seeking in king size. She could not offer the King size aand I had already phoned 8 branches to check stock - with no success. Within one minute of the email being sent I had to branches phone me Fareham and Bognor Regis. The order was placed with her immediately and I was able to collect and deliver to my daughter in isolation that night. She slept 1 million times better I am so grateful for everyone’s help. An example of truly fantastic customer service
