Welcome into the store was professional but friendly asked to use hand sanitiser and wait for the customer advisor who would be a few minutes. We. We're told of the safety precautions in place to protect us and staff and then shown the product (double mattress)we wanted to see. Expert service was given and we chose within 15 minutes paid. And had our delivery date (my choice the following week. Brilliant service thank you

Overall excellent experience, great store with really professional knowledgeable staff, who spent time answering all of our questions of which there were many! Delivery time frame was great and the assembly service was second to none, the team were a credit to the company. Quality of all of the products we purchased are very good so much so we have revisited the store to purchase another item for our guest room!
