The assistance and knowledge of Ed the store assistance was helpful in helping us to make a decision on the product. He gave us all the time we needed and we were able to test multiple options to make the right choice and we're not hurried in any way.

Julie the shop assistant was very professional in making sure we felt safe in the current covid times. She was not over bearing but gave us great guidance in what we were looking for.

When we went in, we didn't actually have any intention of buying a bed from Dreams. We went to see the difference between a firm mattress and an extra firm mattress - we were then just going to buy a cheaper one online. But, when we went in we were met by Ed in the Fareham store and he could not have done more to help us. He explained the current procedures due to COVID and he also suggested we did Sleepmatch which was great. He then spent loads of time talking us through the options and helping us refine which mattress was right for us. His knowledge of the products was second to none and he really listened to what we were saying. In the end, we decided to go ahead and buy the mattress, bed frame and headboard. I went back a while later to place the other and again, Ed couldn't have done more to help. Honestly, I usually hate people trying to sell me things in shops, but Ed gave us the space to look and decide for ourselves without being too pushy. He is absolutely the only reason we placed an order with the store and I'm really glad we did - otherwise we would have gone back home, bought something cheap online and been really unhappy! Thank you, Ed!!!
