The sales assistant Julie listened to our needs then expertly showed us different mattresses that might be suitable. Each time we tried a mattress, she asked for our feedback, then based on that looked for mattresses that would be even more suitable. Julie gave us space and time to try each mattress and never crowded or pushed us to purchase. Her manner and customer service were excellent and we found the perfect mattress for us. We will definitely shop at Dreams Fareham again. Thank you.

We were met at the door on arrival at our appointment time and all staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering the new guidelines they are working under. Many customers seem to be unaware that the ‘new normal’ means it makes sense to make an appointment and were quite impatient about having to wait to be seen. Having booked our appointment online, the experience we had was excellent.
