Our customer assistant was Ed. Ed was very polite, very knowledgeable, knew the answers to our questions and offered us a drink. One could clearly see that Ed was passionate about customer service and the products. Therefore he represented the brand very well. Ed was receptive to the fact that we had a certain budget and he was at no point pushy which is a rare thing.

The sales advisor knew the product range well and also was able to advise on products that met our needs. We used the sleep machine which was brilliant. There was a small issue with it where it did not work the first time. The advisor swiftly resolved the issue with a restart.
