Neil made the whole experience easy. He talked me through each mattress and couldn’t do enough to help. Went away and came back within an hour to complete the purchase as we were so pleased with the service.

Very clean and safe store. All store colleagues were very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to test out the products. The purchase admin was completed professionally.

With the Covid-19 pandemic in the background. We needed a new bed !!! So far the experience has been great. We haven’t received our bed yet as the delivery date is 11 Dec 20. From initially walking through the front door being greeted by a friendly staff member, to him giving us all the advice we needed to make a correct choice of bed. We can highly recommend DREAMS and their products.
