From walking in the store out and the staff safety was very well looked after, with hand gel, bed protector towel so beds could be tried and sanitised pillows. The sales person Jennifer was brilliant, attentive, knowledgeable, offered water, and gave us time and space to decide our purchase. Jennifer wa very polite and a real credit to her team at the Fareham Store. When we placed our order Jennifer explained the whole process, delivery schedule and the process of that, very informative. We left the store very satisfied with our purchase and felt like we had a great experience in store. So much so I recommended Dreams to my mum and today has also purchased a new mattress for my grandma. So two very happy customers, and will continue to recommend Dreams. We talked with Neil, store manager. He worked really hard to ensure the store was safe and well, managed. His knowledge was great, and were never under any pressure from him. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Prepared to make sure all options of new mattress were discussed before purchase. No sales pressure but an apparent determination to recommend the product that best suited my needs. I have not yet received the mattress so time will tell!
