The lady that dealt with us (I can't for the life of me remember her name!) was absolutely superb - she listened, assisted, advised, was lovely, friendly and positive - everything you want in a sales assistant. There was no 'pushiness' about her, which was lovely. Really relaxed visit and nearly £2k spent.

I have recently had chemotherapy and so was quite nervous going into the store. The gentleman was very understanding and extremley helpful.

As soon as I walked in a employee greeted me and asked how they can help, they then took me over to the mattress assessor to see my sleep match. Made me feel safe, comfortable and well cared for.

The assistant was great- attentive but not pushy

The assistant, Julie, was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. She understood exactly what I was looking for and the fact that I didn’t ha e a huge budget for my new bed.

We were met by an assistant who asked us for our requirements and proceeded to show us through all suitable options including running the sleep profile program which listed the suitability of most of the beds she had already shown us. She dealt with our every query with a very friendly manner and made all the arrangements for delivery etc. Everything was dealt with in a very clear and informed way without any pressure on us to buy. A very pleasant experience.

We were served by Ed at Fareham. We were approached and offered help as soon as we entered the store. Ed was extremely knowledgeable, allowed us to try the mattresses, and provided apaper covered pillows. There was no rush at all.
