we visited to try the Dreams diagnostic machine for firmness etc. We were supported in this which helped us make the decision to purchase. The asst spent time explaining the various options giving us information to support our decision

I was greeted at the door and given clear guidance. I am asthmatic with a heart condition and struggled with my mask. Julie was lovely, I was given water and she kept a good distance from me so That I could remove the mask while trying the mattresses. The plastic barrier at the desk meant that I could communicate without my mask. (Which I put on moving around the store). Overall a safe and pleasant visit. Thank you.
